Dort Hwy Dispo

Every time I have been to this dispo ( often over the past year). My ONLY-go to place, I have always left with a positive experience. My knowledge base was limited so I ALWAYS asked plenty of questions. My bud tender ( random ) always answered my questions and offered suggestions when I asked for comparisons or recommendations. I will now say I have quite a vast knowledge base, not on everything thing they sell but on items I have purchased. I have purchased a number of times as “ gifts” and everyone has been extremely pleased. And they in turn have become loyal returning customers. I look forward to the “ deals of the day” and feel I get a lot of bang for my Buck. If anything wasn’t available I have been offered a generous upgrade. In addition the “loyalty “ program” points add up quickly. My orders have always been correct! I love to check my receipt and am happy with my prices and savings. I will say when I have been there they are generally quite busy… but isn’t that a good thing?? … i believe that alone speaks for itself!

Ordered from them and was told they don't deliver in my area.... minutes later someone called to confirm my order and I told them I was told they don't deliver... got several text messages and then a call asking me to click on the site and enter my card info to pay for the order... only to not get my order but went up and was told they didn't take anything of my card when I showed him the amount taken... terrible

I have been a loyal customer for 2 yrs I love this place . Unfortunately. I tried to return a full vape that broke and they wouldn’t let me return it because it was under my daughters acct. they know me!! Why would I try to scam you? When this has happened before the guys in there have always been more than happy to return it . That’s good customer service ! The girls on the other hand are rude and seem not to care about their customers . Very disappointed in the service I just Received. If I happen to see the blondes behind the counter I will go somewhere else.
